Questions? Contact UsAll payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of security certification.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as ACH bank transfers for invoices over $1,000.
Strategy Calls require payment at time of booking. Project deposits are due before work begins. Final invoices are due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.
Strategy Calls can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Refunds are available if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. Project deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future work.
