Methodology
Scores are calculated as Likelihood × Impact on a 1–5 scale, producing risk scores from 1–25. Severity thresholds follow ISO 31000 and NIST 800-30 principles.

Getting Started
Click "Launch Tool" above. Everything runs in your browser — no data is sent anywhere.
Click "Add Risk" and fill in the category, description, owner, and scoring fields.
Set each on a 1–5 scale. The tool calculates the risk score and assigns a severity level automatically.
Choose Accept, Mitigate, Transfer, or Avoid for each risk. Track status as you work through your register.
Use the Dashboard tab to monitor your overall risk profile and identify concentration areas.
Save as JSON to continue later, or export to CSV for reporting and integration with other tools.
